Introduction and Intake stage:
I offer a free non-binding Introductory call – approximately 20-30 minutes.
This is an opportunity for us to introduce ourselves and for you to learn a bit more about me and the services I offer. We will discuss your needs and wishes and determine if we are a good fit for each other. Following this call, we can arrange for our next meet up, either in person or on-line.

Postpartum Support Sessions:
Session Duration: 1 - 1.5 hours
Offering you continued, quality support for both you and your baby during the first three months after giving birth (the 4th Trimester). These sessions are a time for you to ask questions, and address any physical or emotional concerns you may still have about yourself or your baby.

Breast or bottle feeding, pumping, supplementing, and weaning
Ensuring your baby is gaining adequate weight
Addressing Newborn care – bathing, safe sleep, newborn body temperature, basic newborn needs
Discussing developmental milestones
Providing emotional and physical support
Offering referrals for any additional help needed

Through observing, guiding, asking powerful questions, actively listening, connecting with, and supporting you, I help you learn to feel confident, assured, and securely bonded with your baby and your new self. We will focus on your emotional needs, your values, and your goals in your new role as a parent.

Sometimes you just need a reason to get dressed!
Research has proven the benefits that exercise and being outdoors can have on our mental and physical well-being. Walking gives you energy, and moving allows your thoughts to flow more freely, enabling you to feel less stuck. It is literally a way to keep moving forward.
Exercise releases endorphins, which helps to reduce stress and pain, as well as promote positive feelings.
Nature Therapy - Being in an outdoor environment, preferably in nature, is also a natural mood booster. It helps your nervous system to relax, reduces anger, fear, and stress, and it helps our sleep by regulating melatonin from natural daylight.
If you enjoy being outdoors and would like to incorporate more exercise into your life, let’s walk and talk! This proven approach combines my professional, personal and coaching knowledge, with the added benefits of exercise and the great outdoors, for both you and your baby!

Payments and Cancellations:
Payments are to be made at the time of the session and can be made in cash or via bank transfer. I will provide you with an invoice/receipt. There may be times when you need to cancel our appointment. Should this be the case, I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice please.
